The Mirasol Collection, launched worldwide in August 2007, includes design books by Jane Ellison to support the luxurious ranges.
The collection is ever expanding and includes a deliciously soft 100% llama called Miski, a hand dyed 100% merino wool called Hacho, that needs to be felt to be believed as it is a merino but feels crisp like cotton, a pima cotton (one of the finest cottons in the world!) which is amazingly silky soft called T’ika, a wool and silk yarn in jewel like colours called Tupa and a bamboo and baby alpaca yarn that has a beautiful drape called Qina.
Another two additions this season were Hap’i and Nuna. Hap’i is made from 100% Peruvian Tanguis cotton while the Nuna is made from 40% merino wool, 40% silk and 20% bamboo. This beautiful combination gives the yarn a soft feel and makes the colours twinkle!
